Self Check-In from 14:00 hours
To offer our guests the utmost privacy and discretion , 163 Boutique Hotel has a self check-in system starting at 2:00 pm. This innovative procedure allows guests to enter the facility and access their room completely independently, without keys.
Here is how our self check-in works :
- Reservation and Confirmation: Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing all the necessary information for your stay. A few days before your arrival you will receive an e-mail with a link to check in online. After checking in online you will receive a second e-mail with a confirmation of the online check-in online and a new link to use to access the hotel and your room.
- Online Check-In and Confirmation: Afew days before your arrival you will receive an e-mail with a link to check in online. After you check in online you will receive a second e-mail with confirmation of your check-in online and a new link to use to access the hotel and your room.
- FacilityAccess: Open the link sent to you after completing online check-in. You will be faced with a page with four virtual doors, each corresponding to a specific facility access.
- PalaceDoor: This is the main door of the building located on the street. Click on the palace door icon and type OK to open the main door.
- ApartmentDoor: This is theapartment door located on the second floor by taking the stairs. Click on the apartment door icon and type OK to open theapartment door.
- Elevator: This is the glazed door on the second floor as you exit the elevator. Click on the elevator icon and type OK to open the elevator door.

RoomDoor: This is the room door that was assigned to you upon completion of online check-in. Clicking on the room door icon will bring up 2 options for opening the door with your cell phone or with the keypad.
- With cell phone: click on “Open/Close with cell phone” and then click on “Unlock”
- With the Keypad: click on “Open/Close with Code,” then enter your code. To do this first click on the arrow, then enter the numerical code and finally press the padlock to open the door.
