Our hotel has placed a strong focus on made in Italy, selecting design and furniture companies committed to sustainability. Every piece of furniture has been custom-made by local craftsmen, including carpenters, blacksmiths and glassmakers, who have infused passion and care into every detail. The natural and flamed oak doors were handcrafted, with room numbers casting striking shadows, while the authentic oak parquet flooring adds a touch of naturalness and prestige. For the lighting, we turned to Slamp, a ‘km 0’ company with international connotations, which hand-crafted all the sconces and chandeliers in the building. Among the other Italian excellences chosen for our hotel is the company HOM of Turin, which has been producing industrial heating elements since the 1950s. HOM has developed a new generation of appliances for heating bathrobes, towels and clothes, combining technology and design. For the bathrooms of the 163 Boutique Hotel, HOM created electric towel heaters, coloured according to our specific requirements, to ensure maximum comfort for our guests.

The Meeting of Tradition and Modernity

During the redesign of the hotel, we discovered and enhanced historical elements of the building, such as the original ceiling vaults and portions of the wall transformed into stone paintings illuminated by plaster frames . This meeting of tradition and modernity creates a unique environment, where earth, wood, stone and warm light blend harmoniously .

Gaboli faucets, made in Italy, complete the decor of our bathrooms with a touch of elegance and functionality.

An International Touch

For a touch of international style, we collaborated with Liuni, which introduced to Italy the woven vinyl evocative of Japanese tatami, creating a continuous floor that deadens noise and guides guests to their rooms quietly and elegantly .
