Stay bookings with a fixed check-in/check-out date are excluded from the right of withdrawal pursuant to Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code. The cancellation of bookings made on this Website is governed exclusively by the rate conditions set out below, as selected by the User at the time of booking.
Refundable rate
The User may cancel the booking free of charge up to 5 (five) days before the scheduled arrival date.
If the cancellation is made within 5 (five) days before the arrival date, the User shall be required to pay the full amount of the booking, with no right to any refund.
Non-refundable rate
The non-refundable rate does not allow for free cancellation. If the cancellation is made at any time after the booking is completed, the User shall be required to pay the full amount of the booking, with no right to any refund.
Common provisions
The applicable rate type (refundable or non-refundable) and the related cancellation conditions are clearly indicated to the User before the booking is completed, as part of the purchase process on this Website.
The Owner reserves the right to charge the amount due under this section to the payment method provided by the User at the time of booking, including in cases where the User fails to show up at the property on the scheduled arrival date (no-show).
